Per the owner:
The location of the Imperial was the main reason I chose it. It is close to food, an ABC store, and the world-famous Waikiki beach. The owners' lounge is also a great place to visit, as they have activities and events, including live Hawaiian music throughout the week. My son practically grew up here, and the family staycations with the floating weeks made it possible to schedule around school. The staff, on-site gift store, and comfortable rooms made this place our favorite spot, even after my son left for college.
