The adjacent towers will undergo multiple renovation projects through approximately June 30. Expect construction noise in area and intermittent impacts to resort amenities.

Extensive villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure construction underway through the end of December 2025. Work activity and noise may be experienced from 8AM - 5PM daily.

Unit may be located in the Lahaina or Napili Tower. If owner owns a fixed tower, it will be noted on the posting.

On-site parking fee approximately $30 USD daily. Valet parking fee: $35 USD daily. For owners and guest of owners, the parking fee may be waived.

Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $3.25/night for studio units.

There are only a handful of ocean view rooms in this building that can be rented and this is one of them. The furnishings, woodwork, and design of these rooms are exquisite, and they have all received new furnishings in the last two years. We have requested the unit to be on the sixth floor or above looking over the tops of the palm trees with a view of the pools also. From any of these floors you can easily view the whales daily. You can use your own beautiful pool area and the 3.5 acre "Superpool" next door that is wonderful with waterfalls, slides, and hot tubs, and also the pools at the new Napili Towers. There is also the Shipwreck Beach area for little kids. There is a new state of the art fitness center with a full service spa. Children's activity center and game room. Tennis courts. Retail area and gift shops. The Kaanapali Golf Course is located adjacent to the resort.
There are wonderful restaurants and several places on the property to get food and drinks all day long. The Marriott is located on Kaanapali Beach, usually the number one beach in America. You are only a few minutes walk from great shopping at Whaler's Village and wonderful, romantic seaside dining, such as at the Hula Grill.

Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina Tower is one of the most popular vacation rental resorts - and for good reason! Kids and kids-at-heart will get a kick out of the resort's 3.5-acre super pool complete with a water slide, waterfalls, and children's area. The Lahaina Tower at Marriott's Maui Ocean Club features lock-off, two-bedroom and three-bedroom vacation rental accommodations. Lahaina Tower offers nothing but the best with fully equipped kitchens, in-room washer/dryer, upscale furnishings, and beautiful ocean or mountain views. One-bedroom and lock-off units sleep four with a queen sleeper sofa and king bed. Two-bedroom units sleep eight with two king beds and two queen sleeper sofas.
