The following are some of the reasons we bought the timeshare:
1. It was a Marriott timeshare and in a nice place close to the airport.
2. The timeshare has pick up and drop off buses from and to the airport.
3. The timeshare has a rental car in the facilities.
4. The timeshare has many restaurants located on the facilities.
5. The timeshare has ocean view which we enjoy a lot.
6. Kauai is full of birds and animals and not busy like the other islands. It is very enjoyable.
7. When we bought the timeshare the going price was about $22,000 and we got a good deal buying it from an owner; if you buy a similar unit from Marriott today you will pay over $50,000.
