Kauhale Makai is comprised of two six-story buildings dubbed Plumeria and Anthurium - names gracing the vibrant tropical flowers found in the Hawaiian Islands. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom accommodations provide more than enough room to spread out and come complete with air- conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa in the living room and television. One-bedroom units feature a queen bed in the bedroom, while two- bedroom units feature a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.

Kauhale Makai is located just minutes away from the beach, as well as from a full 18-hole golf course. Nearby in the city are fabulous restaurants, shopping, art galleries and nightlife - plenty to enjoy when you're in the mood to explore Kihei. The slopes of Haleakala, the world's largest dormant volcano crater, beckon in the distance while across the island lies the peaceful town of Hana. Traversing the winding road along the ocean to Hana is an unforgettable adventure in and of itself!
