Per the owner: What sold us and why the price is so high is it allowed us to celebrate either Christmas or New Years in Las Vegas every year when prices can become exorbitant and it can be difficult to get a place at that time. That is the main attraction and why the price is set so high. I would love it to say in the details, or even better, right at the top, "celebrate Christmas and/or New Years every year in the biggest party town in America!"
