Kauai Beach Villas is an island paradise abloom with colorful flowers, lush plants and countless palm trees. You'll feel right at home at this top- notch resort with incredible amenities such as four tennis courts, a refreshing swimming pool and a relaxing jet spa. Picnic areas and barbecue grills allow you to enjoy meals in the fresh air, under the Hawaiian sun. Best of all is near-immediate access to the beach for unlimited swimming, splashing, strolling or sunning!
Kauai Beach Villas offers beautiful one-bedroom and two-bedroom timeshare accommodations featuring a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, plates and utensils. All units include a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, private lanai, and in-suite washer/dryer. One-bedroom villas sleep four and offer a king bed in the master bedroom, while two-bedroom villas sleep six and offer a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen or two twin beds in the guest bedroom.
The island of Kauai offers a bit of something for everyone. Golfers can tee off next door at Wailua Golf Course, and nearby towns offer a charmingly rustic ambiance. Enjoy the fare at a cozy pub, dine in four-star splendor or explore local eateries famous for good food in big portions. Of course, not far away is shopping aplenty! Kauai is home to many beautiful beaches, but Poipu (just twenty minutes away) consistently boasts the best year-round weather, and definitely warrants a visit!

  This resort is a best kept secret within the Wyndham system. It is on Kawai, but unlike the other half dozen resorts in the Wyndham system on Kauai, it is on the south shore, which is the dryer side with much more sun. This resort also is right on the ocean And walking up to a sandy Beach is no problem. This is really not that common in Hawaii.

  This resort is in a great location. Located only minutes from the airport makes it easy to go either north to the Princeville area or south to Poipu. Restaurants, shopping, dining, and recreation opportunities are abundant and close by.
  The units are spacious and include a full kitchen, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, in unit laundry facilities, private patios and more.
  This is a beachfront property. The beach is only a few minutes walk from any unit on the property. The ocean is not for swimming at this location. This beach is great for seeing the sunrise, walking in the surf, or just sitting to relax and enjoy the ocean. A short walk along the beach to the north is a very nice swimmable beach at Lidgate park.
  As some reviews will attest some of the units are in need of carpet and furniture updates and other upgrades. If you are going to rent a unit on this property try and find a ground floor unit. There was a flood in 2020 and all the ground floor units were affected. They were all refurbished in 2021 and are much nicer than the upper floor units.
  The grounds are kept in an immaculate condition and lend a sense of peace to your stay. The resort has a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor barbeque areas and other amenities on site. The use of three pools and other facilities at the adjacent Kauai Beach Resort included with your stay.
  I would highly recommend this this property. We have been coming to this resort for two weeks every year since 1996 and have loved every single trip. Sadly, we are getting older and the rigors of travelling to get there have become too much for us. Those yearly vacations will be sorely missed.

  We have owned weeks at this timeshare for over 20 years, and it remains one of the premier properties on the island. The beach is great for sunning and swimming, and the pool is the best on the island. The hotel amenities are available for villa guests, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are many things to do on the island, or just relax and enjoy!
