Unique family- oriented resort with friendly, helpful staff directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Impeccably managed by long- term staff that loves this resort and its owners. Very well managed, and upgrades to units are handled well and efficiently. Short walk to highly popular John’s Pass shopping, restaurant and entertainment Village! St. Pete Beach to the south, Madeira Beach to the north. Several causeways to Clearwater and St. Petersburg areas.

We have been going to the Sand Pebble for years, our parents actual first bought here about 30 years ago and now my sister has a week here and we have a week as well. It is our happy place and is really right in the middle of everything but still feels like your own little oasis. The have renovated the units, added a second elevator (Such an improvement) and the beach was extended a couple years ago all the way up the coast. Makes for a much more enjoyable time. Highly recommend it for families of all ages.

We've owned there several years. Great relaxing vacation on the beach or be as active as you want with planned activites/parties and additional trips to Shell Inland/ Fishing and Casino Boats. Beautifully furnished with new decor.

Resort is nice, grounds well taken care of. Rooms well-appointed with typical beach furniture. Kitchen was well supplied. Towel exhange available daily. Very family oriented. Resort has only 40 units and lots of the guests were long-time owners, who were very friendly and cared about their resort. Pool area very nice, with children's pool and a hot tub area for adults only.

Nice beach area with lots of sea shells for collecting. John's Pass was within walking distance; shopping and restaurants galore!

The only complaint that we had was the activities director seemed to busy to really help out the guests and didn't seem to care.

Also, only one very slow elevator....
