Kona Tower interior villa renovations will be underway January 4 - June 23, 2027. Construction noise and activity can be anticipated, although all amenities are expected to remain open.

We are selling our Platinum Plus time (several reservations for our family with 2 new babies coming) reservations we usually use EVERY Year for us and our married children and families. We are Chairman level with Marriott and with that and booking as we did 13 months in advance, it helps you to get your view choice, building and floor preference plus FREE parking (usually $30 a day) given our owner status. Best award resort with 3 lagoons with the best snorkeling and turtle and monk seals in the coves—you can swim with the turtles—we just left and did every day. Marriott's KoOlina #1 voted resort is adjacent to Disney Aulani though Marriott is far more beach oriented. Marriott’s property is beach front with its activities and is a much better resort with 5 huge pools with caves and water slides to swim in besides the 3 lagoons with the best snorkeling on the island by far (and it’s free). Plus as mentioned with our Chairman level and ownership you would also have free parking plus other perks.
Nothing has been better for our family than starting off the new year in this warm paradise (it snows where we are)--favorite family tradition EVER!
Also check out the prices Marriott charges nightly for this studio spacious villa that sleeps 4 per night with fully stocked Kitchenette, free laundry, and furnished balcony. (With anything else needed just a call away). Marriott charges nearly twice as much IF these units were available this time of year (but they are not) and why we always book our dates 13 months in advance to even get these weeks.
