Waterside by Spinnaker is a very nice resort located 3 blocks from Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants, and 4 blocks from the ocean at child friendly Coligny Beach Park. Waterside offers many activities for both adults and children, including bicycle rentals. Pool is child friendly. Many activities and restaurants on Hilton Head.

Condo has everything you need. In unit washer/dryer is a great PLUS. 2 King suites, very comfortable beds, 3 TV's and 2 XL BR with jacuzzi tubs and walk-in shower. Always very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space/lounge chairs at the pools. Grills are available for use and are popular. Condo walking distance to Coligny Beach and Plaza, grocery store and restaurants with live music. It has it ALL!!!

What a beautiful resort in the perfect location for beach, restaurants and shopping. Waterside is a great, family friendly resort. Its conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the very popular Coligny shopping and dining area.

We own back to back weeks in 2 buildings at Waterside both have beautiful views of the Lagoon. Recently updated & large units with balconies off the main living area. We have been owners for over 10 years & loved it here so much we moved to the area in 2017. Best of all you can just walk everywhere from here a great location near shops, the Famous Coligney Beach and the new Celebration Park! A vacation spot like no other.

Waterside is our favorite resort on Hilton Head Island. The resort is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the very popular Coligny shopping and dining area. The condo is large and is a corner unit which offers a lot of natural light and views. The pool is huge and offers a wading area as well as a deep end with a beautiful fountain. The resort offers many activities and amenities such as a hot tub, poolside games, crafts and island exploration.

Waterside is a great, family friendly resort. The kids love the huge pool and we adults love the extra-large hot tub. It is an easy walk to the beach and also Coligny Plaza where there are great shopping and dining options. There is plenty of covered parking for hot summer days. The units are spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waterside owner for 20 years and never disappointed. Activities for all ages, close to marine activities, entertainment and great shopping. Many other amenities, shopping and restaurants off island.

Always enjoy my week (wk 17) at waterside. The end of April is always good weather. The unit (5523) is located right between the main pool and the heated pool. Beach is a short 10 minute walk, or if you have a lot of stuff, the shuttle runs during the day. Shopping is very convenient too, a 5 minute walk, right at coligny plaza.

Beautiful resort with easy access to Coligny Beach. The rooms are clean, large and nicely decorated. We found the staff very friendly, and the resort is well maintained. Bicycling the beaches and the many trails on the island was a favorite activity for me.

My family has been going to Waterside for over 20yrs. Just a couple blocks from beach access and Coligny Plaza which houses restaurants, bars retail stores, Piggly Wiggly and many others. A true relaxing vacations place! Staff always has events at the pool to keep children and adults entertained. Units are well maintained and most units have view of Lagoon or Pool areas.

Great location in the Center of Hilton Head close to amenities, a short walk to the beach, and tastefully newly decorated timeshares. The 3 bedrooms are great for 2 families and have 2 king beds!

This is great resort in the heart of Hilton Head and with a great amenities, including a beautiful pool. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all just short walks for your vacation enjoyment.

Unit is 2 blocks from beach and has several golf courses and tennis close by.

It's a large unit, sleeps 8 and has full kitchen with in unit laundry. 3 TVs with cable and wi-fi. Property has activities center, exercise room and pools.

Unit is conveniently located near grocery and restaurants.

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Most weeks were spent at Waterside, and were our most memorable. Our daughter was an infant when we began going to HHI, and we found Waterside to be family friendly, close to EVERYTHING, especially the beaches, and Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The pools at Waterside are wonderful. Something for everyone. Water aerobics in the morning at a secluded quiet pool, daily activities run by a fun-loving staff for kids of all ages around the large pool, and a kiddie pool for the little ones to splash about while young parents (or grandparents) enjoy their excitement. Beds have been updated recently, and are super comfortable with very clean rooms and linens. Gas grills are located around the property, if you want to grill a steak or have a hamburger/hotdog night poolside! Come enjoy our favorite vacation spot!

Our family has enjoyed many vacations over the years at Hilton Head, SC. Our favorite resort has been Waterside by far, since it provided full amenities and we are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach! The unit is so accommodating to our large family, with a full kitchen, laundry, 3 baths, 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch! We've made many memories together and plan to make many more!

This is one of our favorite resorts. Hilton Head has great biking paths, and you can walk to the beach (approx. 2+ blocks). I also enjoy biking to the nearby grocery store.
