This resort is beautiful. I loved the sunset views, the pools, the multitude of activities, the kind and gracious staff, the modern and very comfortable villa, and the delicious cuisine at the restaurants and bar.

We have always enjoyed this location to visit. The beautiful grounds, the friendly service, and all the activities provided by the resort for both adults and children make this resort the best place to relax and make lasting memories.

This beautiful resort on the beach is outstanding in every respect. The villas are truly complete with all the necessities of home - kitchens, washer/dryers, excellent living spaces and comfy, cozy bedroom. The grounds are immaculate with loungers by the many pools. There is a special area for the children - a pirate ship pool and a quiet pool for those trying to de-stress. A lively pool bar and an on-site restaurant, a spa and workout facilities. There is plenty of free parking and the resort even provides a free shuttle to get you to local shops and restaurants. This has got to be one of Maui’s premium vacation resorts.

We are original owners and love going here. Yes, the fires have changed it, but the locals want visitors. They need visitors. When you go, shop local, eat local... it will be greatly appreciated and will cost you less!

Fantastic Resort! We have owned this timeshare, before it was even built. We love the location and the beach, which has great beach activities and snorkeling! We have always enjoyed all of our stays ;-)

We have been coming to this beautiful resort since it was built. It is so amazing to be able to see the whale off your lanai and watch them jump and hear them sing at this time of year!

Enjoy a relaxing stay on one of the best beaches and snorkeling spots on Maui! Walk to restaurants or the best fish market, "The Fish Market", on the island and use one of the many outdoor grills while a wonderful sunset breeze. The shuttle can take you to Whalers Village for shopping and more dining options. Get a rental car to take a trip upcountry, visit Maui Winery for some wine tasting and stop in Kula for a late lunch/early dinner at Kula Bistro - fun fact, it's a BYOB! So many things to do and places to see, enjoy Maui and feel the aloha!

Beautiful beach resort and location in Maui, just north of black rock with some of the best snorkeling in the islands. A private, secluded resort feel but only minutes from the town of Ka'anapali with shops, restaurants, and several hotel resorts.

Fantastic unit! Wonderful snorkeling steps from the resort. Gorgeous koi ponds. Marvelous kiddy pool, and all age pool as well as an adult only pool. Spacious Villa with lovely balconies. Lockoff offers the privacy of closing the adjoining door, or the ease of being together with it open. Two individual families or one large one work equally well. Marvelous views. A real treasure!

The Westin Kaanapali Resort South Villas is a beautiful respite in the islands. The conch shell call at sunset followed by the lighting of the torches each evening is such an exhilarating ceremony and one of the highlights of our stay. We truly enjoy our yearly visits here and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The property offers something for everyone--- areas designed for families with children as well as more peaceful spaces for adults.We like to lay by the pool, facing the ocean, watching the whales breach from our lounges. A wonderful resort experience every time!

The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas is a magical, restorative experience. Amazing, fully-equipped accommodations and service makes for a luxurious, easy and memorable escape to paradise. Oceanfront units have panoramic views to best beach on Maui and the whale watching is incomparable right from your private lanai! We love KOR as our home away from home.

This Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villa Deluxe studio unit has a view of both sunrise and sunset. The Deluxe units are larger than the normal studios. They will need to assign you a room that ends with 26 or 27 in building 2 or 3. You can find the resort maps with room numbers online. I will request a resort view as that is the view that I think most people would like best, as, no one wants a view of the parking lot. Westin will assign the floor.

If you check in early, the resort will take any groceries that you may have and store them in a walk in fridge. When your room is ready they will deliver your luggage and groceries to your room. (Most timeshares will not do this for you) There is a Costco near the airport that can make your stay more economical. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size refrigerator and 2 burner stove. Pots, pans, dishes, and tableware are in the unit.

The snorkeling is good just a few feet from the beach! The resort rents snorkel equipment.

The Westin bus will take you to Whalers Village which has restaurants, like "Monkey Pod" and high end stores. You can take an enjoyable 25 min walk along the board walk to get there too if you like. The beach is quite long in both directions, so it is great walking beach.

The resort has 3 Westin hotels next to each other that you can use, making your stay more interesting.
