We have used our timeshare every couple of years for over 20 years. We love this resort and everything about Maui. We fully intended to return to this paradise, but circumstances will not allow it this year.

Absolutely the very best. This has been our spot for over 20 years. Never disappoints.

We have been owners at the Maui Ocean Club since the beginning and love the resort. The ocean view villas have a spectacular view of Kaanapali Beach. During whale season, there are often sightings of whales from the balcony.

The staff are courteous and helpful. Throughout the years, we have gotten to know several of the valet and bell staff.

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Ocean Club.

Excellent first-class resort on Maui's world famous Ka'anapali Beach. Many on-site programs available for all ages. Whaler's Village within easy walking distance offers plenty shopping and dining opportunities. Very close to historic old town Lahaina with shuttle service available.

We own a time share in the MMOC ( Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club ) and WKORVN ( Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North ). We love them both.

MMOC is in the more lively part of Kaanapali: more restaurants, Whalers Village nearby, more crowded. MMOC offers a tropical resort area with waterfalls and pools attractive for kids and adults. Generous towel service. Plenty of lounge chairs available, also thanks to one guardian that does not allow one to reserve them for long periods of time without using them: a good policy and I am grateful for it ( even if it feels annoying when it is yourself trying to do that lengthy reserve-for-myself, but fine). Two hot tubs. The units have a microwave, but no stove, no oven and no individual laundry facility. The two bedroom units have three bathrooms, offering a “standard hotel” bathtub, toilet and sink and can be locked. The property is a bit older and a converted hotel, but the units are up to date and well maintained, without showing the age and without feeling like just three adjoined hotel rooms: these are apartments. Large balconies. Corals in the water directly in front, but about 50 yards north there is an unobstructed sandy access to the ocean. Sailing cruises leave nearby. Try having dinner at Leilani’s during sunset: beautiful.

WKORVN is in the more serene part of Kaanapali. Contemplate the beach and the ocean on the lounge chairs or balcony or enjoy life evening music while sitting in the hot tub. A bit more oriented towards adults than MMOC, but with kids, you can also enjoy the huge kid-friendly resort area of neighboring WKORV South. Plus the kids ( and the adults ) love the gas lamp lighting ceremony, when the evening begins. Generous towel service. Stove, oven and laundry facilities in each unit ( so two in a two bedroom unit ). The two bedroom units have two bathrooms, with sliding door access and a window to the sleeping area. Enormous bathtub that fills quickly: sit there and enjoy the morning sun, such a joy. There also is a shower, two sinks and a toilet in each. Balconies smaller than at MMOC, but certainly big enough. The nearby public beach is wonderful. Try to have dinner at Dukes Beach House nearby during sunset: awesome.

No matter which location you choose, you will have a wonderful vacation. When you arrive on Maui, go to Costco first to buy your food for the week, but Safeway nearby is also an excellent option.

A perfect place to vacation - walk to local restaurants and shops. Close to Lahaina with tours, restaurants and shopping. We loved being on the beach at Kaanapali - right outside our room and balcony.

Great resort, good location- walk down to Whalers village and enjoy shopping, food and relaxing. Walk to Black Rock and close to Napili Cove. Wonderful location😄

Great location close to all activities

Been going for 20 years, with and without children. Can't imagine going anywhere else even though trades are available

We love the Maui Ocean Club with views of the ocean channel between Lahaina and Lanai. So much to do within a short walk along the beach front path to restaurants, shopping, spas and beach activities. Two golf courses are located five mins away. The village of Lahaina is a ten minute drive where groceries can be purchased at Safeway. Good wine and liquor store at Tamura's, a short drive uphill from Safeway. Our favorite restaurant in Lahaina is the Lahaina Grill and we never miss a chance to go there. Another popular and casual restaurant is Star Noodle, which was featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Maui's daytime temperature is "always" in the mid-80"s. Best to rent a car as the drive to the resort from the airport is about 50 minutes. However there are airport shuttles and local buses if you want to just "hang" at the pool and beach all week.

Beautiful Ocean Views, newly decorated units, partial kitchens with all amenities

Love the pools, great for kids - there is a ship they can play on. Lots of grills to cook on and the beach is more private as it's toward the end of the hotel strips and less people walking by the resort. There is a walking path that will take you to the stores. The concierge team was incredibly helpful in booking activities. Views are out of this world. Plenty of parking is available. Wonderful memories for the entire family.
