We LOVE staying at the Newport Coast Villas. We take turns picking a different beach to visit every day we are there. Occasionally we go to the same one twice but its such easy access to SOOO many different beaches that we have a ball picking!

Great location for a spacious Marriott resort! It includes awesome mild weather almost year-round, lots of land and sea activities, and loads of shopping choices!

Lovely resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. The villas were extremely well-equipped and very comfortable. The shared living area is large and well-appointed. The beds were heavenly! The kitchen contained everything we needed. We'll be back!

One of our favorite places to vacation. Convienent, tons of activities at the resort, great food, comfortable rooms complete with kitchen, family room and laundry. Sleeps 8 and has two private bedrooms.

Absolutely stunning resort located away from the traffic but near restaurants, beach, shopping. Resort itself offers several pools, tennis courts, basketball, spa services and other amenities. Something for everyone in your group!

We spend at least two weeks at this resort every August. We are in our 90s and find the staff very acommodating for special needs and requests. We always enjoyed the water aerobics classes.

I just stayed at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas with my family, and I absolutely love how this resort caters to everyone's needs. From the moment we walked into our two-bedroom villa, we felt right at home – the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for whipping up breakfast with the kids, and I particularly loved enjoying my morning coffee on our private balcony overlooking the Pacific. The separate living room was a lifesaver, giving our kids their own space to unwind while we planned our daily adventures, and having a washer and dryer in the villa meant I could pack light and keep everyone's swimsuits fresh for daily pool visits.

We spent countless hours at the gorgeous heated grotto pool, which our children couldn't get enough of, and I was impressed by how the resort strikes the perfect balance between luxury and family-friendly comfort. The location was incredible – we easily explored nearby Balboa Island and Fashion Island, but what I loved most was returning to our peaceful clifftop retreat each evening to watch the sunset as a family. Between the spacious accommodations and the lack of hidden fees (free parking and WiFi!), we found incredible value here and have already started planning our return trip.

Newport Coast Villas is an amazing resort! Great staff, amenities and activities for all on property including 2 gyms and a spa! There is something fun to do every day on property for adults and kids! It's also just a short drive to Laguna, Balboa Island and Newport Beach. You can walk down to Crystal Cove State Park and there is great shopping and dining just blocks from the resort!!

Marriott's Newport Coast is one of our favorites. We have owned and vacationed here for many years since our kids were little. There is something for everyone here and centrally located from the nearest beach to Disneyland.

September is "platinum" season at Newport Coast. Weather is great and water is warm. This is one of Marriott' s top 5 resorts. Best deal!

We love this place and are sure you will love it too. Beautiful!!! Close to many great places: Disneyland, Beaches (Laguna, Corona Del Mar, Newport. Balboa Island). Great shopping & dining, Fashion Island. Universal, SeaWorld, and Legoland are easy day trips (50 to 90 minutes). Crystal Cove State Park is another great option we love to go to, there is a free shuttle from the resort.

This is one of the premier locations within the Marriott portfolio of resorts. The location in Southern California is stunning, the access to nearby beaches within a short drive is exceptional. This is a fantastic spring break destination. The dining, shopping, beaches and amusement park access make this a real gem of a location. Do not miss this opportunity to visit Southern California!
