This is one of our favorite Marriott resorts! Such a fun location in beautiful Newport CA. Great winter break for rest and relaxation.

This resort has it all, location, sunsets, service, amenities anything you can think of. My family has been here many times over the years and have never been disappointed

Fantastic location! Close to Fashion Island (high end shopping), Laguna Beach (restaurants and a great art scene), beautiful drives along the CA coast, there is so much to see and do while enjoying the beautiful weather. But beware! You may not want to leave the resort as it has it all!

A first class resort for individuals and families. Listed during Easter week!

We stayed here a few times and love it. There are many things you could do. If you are feeling lazy, you can hang out at the resort and relax in one of their pools or play tennis or basketball. If you are feeling adventurous, you could go surfing at the beach which is down the street from the resort (the resort has a shuttle to take you there or you could walk) or go golfing at the golf resorts nearby.

Marriott Newport Coast Villas is a prestigious location perched above PCH with ocean views. We have enjoyed wonderful memories vacationing with our children at the beautiful resort with breath-taking vistas from the balcony of our villa. Since the children are now adult-age, we have used the resort less and less. We hope a family will be interested in the low-priced resale to build memories for a lifetime. The site is ideally located with adjacent cities such as Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, Dana Point, and Irvine within a 20 minute radius. Here is a golden opportunity!

Located near the beach with numerous wonderful restaurants nearby. Our favorite is the Beachcomer on the beach.

There is no finer resort on the Newport Coast. You are near many fine (and casual) restaurants; there is a Trader Joe's <5 mins away, and a Pavillions grocery. This resort, with it's 2-bedroom units, is so perfect for a family. There are MANY activities for kids, two large pools and 2-3 others as well as dedicated activity rooms. The big shopping centers of Newport Coast and South Coast Plaza are a short car ride away. And don't forget that Laguna Beach with its restaurants, art galleries and sights are just right down the road. During this time (July-August) there are several large art festivals ongoing in Laguna Beach.

Excellent Location. The jewel of Orange county

This resort is located in a ideal location in Orange County. Beautiful views, wonderful management and staff and excellent restaurants, activities very close by.

One of the best MVC location other than the islands. Unlike the islands, Newport Coast has everything. This is a beautiful location to vacation with family whether your from afar or local! Love this place!

A truly premier resort in the beautiful Newport Beach area. Right across the street from the ocean, with stunning ocean views from the villa. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby too!

Fabulous Family property great views huge units 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full baths with a full Kitchen and living room. Free Shuttles to the beach.

Newport Coast is spectacular in every aspect. The ocean views are beautiful, the pool, spa, workout areas are all top notch. Tennis and Pickleball courts have been renovated. Beds are so comfortable, it is our favorite Marriott Resort!
