This is our favorite Marriott resort, great location, a beautiful property that overlooks the ocean. Close to Newport Beach, Laguna beach and beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful setting. The views are great and the pools are wonderful. I love the shuttle to the beach and to the Beach Comber Restaurant, which is on the beach and has great food and drinks.

Outstanding resort, my family's favorite. Close to many of Southern California's favorite beaches and attractions. One of Redweek's top rated and rented vacation resort.

The premises are always kept clean. Any problem with the room is fixed immediately. Extra coffee and towels provided on request.

Our families have stayed at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas every other year for 20 years and the accommodations are always so nice. The management is so accommodating and friendly. We love this week together there!

Wonderful resort right near Crystal Cove State Park. Enjoy all that Newport Beach and Laguna Beach have to offer. The resort is fantastic with lots of activities and events. Terrific beaches, restaurants and attractions nearby. One of our favorites in Tanaka Farms in Irvine.

We have been going to this resort as our family vacation for the past 25 years; the last 5 without our kids. We still love being there! The rooms have been newly renovated and include updated decor and amenities. We are very disappointed not to be able to use this week next year.

The perfect location above Crystal Cove Beach with wonderful hiking, beach activities, great restaurants, whale watching, golf, shopping at the exclusive Fashion Island. Sparkling pools, great outdoor BBQ, tennis, yoga, water exercise classes, activities for kids, free shuttle to shopping and the beach; this resort has something for everyone. The full kitchen, dining table balconies, incredible master suite with huge bathtub and separate shower room; this is one of my favorite Marriott resorts. We've celebrate many family events at Newport Coast Villas.

On site food and beverage store and restaurant at Catalina Pool area... Family friendly. 2 bedroom units sleep up to 8. Shuttles available to nearby beach, shopping, restaurants.

My family and I have used Marriott Newport Coast Villas for our family vacation for several years and have always been delighted with the experience. The Villa, the beach, and nearby places like Fashion Island are top quality.

This is a fabulous resort. The villas are clean, well appointed and easy to access. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center and spa are first rate.

Beach is a SHORT drive away with miles of walkable beach. Restaurants and great shopping are close by.

This resort is amazing with views of the sunsets this time of year. Several pools and fun places to walk and go to the beach. Great shops nearby in Corona Del Mar and Fashion Island is an amazing mall. Our favorite places to eat: Zinc Cafe, Rose Bakery Cafe and in the mall: True Food Kitchen and for Gelato: Bacio di Latte. And the Beachcomber at Crystal Cove.
