Beautiful large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo near the ocean. Great restaurants nearby and lot of activities for the whole family.

We always have a wonderful time when we go to Newport. The staff is fantastic and we love the grounds and the proximity to beaches and lots of fun things to do and places to go. There are some great restaurants and a nice Smart and Final really close to stock up on some meal fixings. It's also less than 1/2 hour to Disneyland if we feel like going for a day or two.

Great location in Southern California. Walk to the Beach. Close to Disneyland. Rated the top resort in Marriott Vacation Club resorts.

Amazing resort. Have been going there for the past 25 years. Free shuttle to beach and shopping to Laguna beach and Fashion square. Also great restaurants nearby!!

This resort's location is stunning—close to everything you want to do in Newport. I love the shuttle service to the Beach. Roasting smores in the vast fire pits and the activities the resort plans for events like the 4th of July. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a small or large group.

Our family has been visiting Marriott's NCV since it opened in 2000 and we have never been disapointed with property, activities or condos. It's a beautiful property with so many activities available on and off property.

Location, location , location! The views area amazing as you look out over the state park into the Pacific. Relaxed yet close to great seaside towns.

We love this resort. The location is great, close to shops and local interests, but off the beaten path which make the resort very quite, quaint, and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and the amenities are great. Fine dinning is just a short distance away as well as the beaches and the theme parks.

Beautiful unique location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Upscale villas are well maintained with full kitchen, two bedrooms, dining room and lovely balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is so much to do here. We own this villa because we love the location near the beach and golf course. The grounds are beautiful. It's a true paradise in Southern California.
