Location, location, location...sits the fantastic resort on the Gold Coast of Orange County! 15 minutes to/from Orange County airport (SNA)! 30 minutes to Disneyland! Just a 10 minute drive south to the art colony of Laguna Beach...and a 10 minute drive north to Fashion Island, Newport Beach's premier outdoor shopping center, including many amazing restaurants & movie theaters! And the ocean beaches are just across the street on Pacific Coast Highway.

This is an amazing resort! Our family loves to stay here! It is close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and more. There are lots of daily activities the resort has to offer for all ages. It is a beautiful resort with a great view of the ocean.

We stayed here in early Jan and were told that the resort was completely full but it never felt crowded. The views are spectacular. Pools are wonderful. Villas are so comfortable. Location is close to many, many things to do. Loved our vacation at this property!

I have stayed at Marriott Newport Coast Villas annually since 2009 and enjoyed the location immensely by using its immaculately kept rooms, its full kitchen facilities, its many swimming pools and gymnasium as well as the closeness to the Crystal Cove State Beach and State Park, and the nearness of Laguna Beach and Newport Beach and their many fine restaurants. The weather has been always perfect at any time of the year, and the sunsets over Catalina Island have also been spectacular. The Pelican Hill Golf Course is just across Newport Coast Drive and the course wraps around the Marriott resort. I like to stop in at the Shake Shack on Pacific Coast Highway, have a shake and fries and watch the sunsets from there.

Great resort! Great location! Reasonable drive to Los Angeles, San Diego, Anaheim... Beautiful view of the Pacific. Convenient to stores, restaurants, beaches, Dodger Stadium, Disneyland...

As a family vacation place it is great! Big enough for friends to come for play dates and sleepovers. Adults can BBQ and enjoy some cocktails while watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean!

Beautifully appointed villas along with an amazing coastal city! We love it here and always love our time in the villa and on the property. So many activities to chose from along with entertainment. Love the free shuttle and the convenient hours it runs. We can’t wait to go every year.

This is a beautiful resort within close proximity to many wonderful beaches. The resort has a lot to offer and easy driving distance to many of California's awesome attractions.

One of the best coastal resorts in the world! Close to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Dana Point Marina, 10+ World class golf courses, and abundance of excellent restaurants! Beautiful location with pools, spas, sport courts, and full service Spa. Tons of activities for kids to enjoy and explore.

My family has stayed to Newport Coast Villas for over 15 years and always enjoy our visit. There are many activities and amenities available for the whole family. Service is always TOP NOTCH. The surrounding SoCal Gold Coast offers beautiful beaches, great restaurants and excellent shopping choices. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Next stop: THE OCEAN!
