I have stayed at this location on 3 separate occasions. Views are spectacular and property is clean, lots of amenities and relaxing atmosphere.

Located in beautiful Newport Coast, it is not only a one of kind resort with magnificent ocean views but is also near Newport Beach city center with many fine dining and shopping choices.

Oh my goodness- Newport Coast Villas is luxury all the way! You will love your beautifully decorated villa with full kitchen amenities. Multiple pools allow you to choose whether you want a party atmosphere or a bit of peace and quiet. Service is top notch with shuttles and professional staff to assist you. The grounds are gorgeous and perfectly manicured. I love to sit at one of the fire pits after sundown. My family and I have made so many memories at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas. Yours can too!

Marriott Newport Coast sits overlooking the Pacific Ocean, beautiful views, pools, entertainment, tennis, Pickleball, children’s activities and play area. The resort is close to great restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to the beach or drive to several nearby beaches. Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and have all the necessities including a washer and dryer, patio or balcony. Love our stays at Marriott Newport Coast.

Close to the beach, so convienent to get to, close to Disneyland and Legoland. We just have a happy time every time we stay here.

We LOVE staying here! Its one of our favorite places to go! Recommend taking the shuttle to Beachcomers for dinner!!

We love this resort! It's in a fabulous, quiet part of California, just a short drive to Disneyland and the beaches. Our kids and grandkids love the swimming pools that are warm even in winter! The fully equipped kitchen makes it fun to cook and eat in the room. We have a favorite grocery store right down the street! Very friendly staff and lots of fun activities for the kids. A family favorite place to stay!!

We have loved this experience for years. Our family gets to feel safe and experience beautiful views with a variety of activity to keep the kids and adults happy alike.

This resort offers a wonderful setting right across the street from Crystal Cove State Park with walking trails and a beach. The ocean views are fantastic. The pools in the resort are large and luxurious with bar service. The two-bedroom villas are comfortable with full kitchens. Laguna Beach, Balboa Pier, Newport Beach, and shopping are all a short drive away.

Considering it is the most requested Marriott in the country. It is also our favorite!

Marriott Newport Coast is a very special place with a beautiful view of the ocean. The nearby Crystal Cove State Park http://www.crystalcovestatepark.org/ has a very special restaurant The Beachcomber that is right on the ocean! Shopping is excellent and lots to do with in just a few miles.

I have always love the Orange County beaches but could never afford to live there and even one night stays are usually out of reach. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, sleeps up to 8 in walking distance to the water, shops and restaurants. Dream come true. I have been an owner for 20 years at this resort and I still get butterflies every time I arrive for my stay. Crisp blue water views from the resort, walking trails, tennis courts, shuttle to water, what more could you ask for!
