Marriott's Newport Coast Villas Reviews & Ratings

Great location on the south end of the Newport Beach 'metropolis' - go south for undeveloped hills and beaches of Crystal Cove or farther for Laguna Beach, or a short drive inland to the shopping and activities of Irvine. But there is so much you can do on-site that you may not want to leave, from games to movies to a half-dozen pools split across the top, middle, and bottom of the property. It's not your typical pool bar - it's like a restaurant but you have to sit outside and look at the ocean! Property is maintained very well, as would be expected in this area.

This is one of our favorite Marriott Vacation Club Resort. The location is spectacular, there is always a lot of activities to enjoy in the area. There are 3 great pools to choose from and the resort itself is a beautiful one to explore. We have stayed here 10+ times and the experience is great, with an accomodating and well informed staff.

This is an exceptional resort. Walking distance to Crystal Cove State Beach and Shake Shack. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Love it here.

We have never rented our Newport Timeshare because we love it. Has other plans come up and could not go this year.

Exceptional Quality Resort in a high-demand area. Each unit sleeps up to 8. Easy access to beach. Full kitchen. Easy 15 min drive to Santa Ana/John Wayne airport. Grocery store just up the hill. This is our family's favorite Marriott Vacation Club resort. 30 min to Disneyland.

Excellent location in beautiful sunny southern California! Close by to some of the most beautiful beaches, the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, and the luxurious Crystal Cove and Fashion Island shopping centers, the location can’t be beat. Even as local orange county residents, we stay here multiple times a year to get away from the norm. Great service and year around wonderful weather, Marriott’s Newport Coast Luxury Villas is the perfect place for quality R&R!

Our family loves to come to this resort. The hotel grounds are lively - there are lots of activities for folks of all ages. And the ocean towns in the area are great for their beaches, strolling, dining etc.

The top Marriott Vacation Club properties are Newport Coast, Park City in Winter, and certain Hawaii locations. You will love this vacation. Amazing BBQ area with views of Pacific Ocean, right above Pelican Hills Golf Course, and $10 million homes across the bluff. There is a shuttle that takes you down to amazing beach and the bike rides and walking trails along cliffs amazing. Get bored... take a short Uber to Disneyland or California Adventure Park for the day. Other nice outings include Newport Beach area, Laguna Beach area or Balboa Island. Most buildings have views.
