Fabulous family vacation!!! Love the gym, washer and dryer in house, and fitness classes! Of course, the beach is right across the street and we LOVE dining at the Beachcomber restaurant right on the sand!

Outstanding location close to Laguna and Newport Beach with beautiful views of the ocean and golf course. Resort has lovely outdoor areas for children and adults.

Beautiful resort with stunning views. Like other Marriott resorts we have enjoyed and when traveling with kids we love well stocked kitchens, pools and having laundry! It is like home away from home. Super comfortable and a great way to spend time on vacation!

Have owned 2 x 1 week Timeshares at this location and have enjoyed every stay to the fullest! Ideal Pelican Hill location, multiple amenities, spacious 1200 sq ft units, 3 flat panel TV's, full kitchen plus washer/dryer in unit, shuttle to beach, shopping and restaurants!!

We have stayed at this resort many times. We have had a wonderful time at this resort over the years. The room they put us in during our last stay was a nightmare. There were large black bugs crawling all over the floor. The room smelled like a sewer. We complained to the manager. They put us in a new room that was next to construction at the resort. We could not even get to our new room. We complained again to the manager. She was extremely rude. She told us this was all that they had. The parking lot was empty so I do not think there were many guests. She promised to put us in a new room. We ended up on the bottom floor in a musty and outdated room that also had a horrible odor. We had an awful time on this vacation due to moving three times, bugs, odor etc.... This was supposed to be a peaceful vacation after I had a serious illness. The Marriott did not even try to make our stay pleasant. Do not have high expectations if you stay here.

Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is the ideal location for a summer family vacation. Close to countless activities, tons of different beaches and a spectacular resort. The resort grounds are spectacular. It is practically a nature reserve. Views of the Pacific are majestic.

A WONDERFUL PROPERTY WITH GREAT OCEAN VIEWS. JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM CRYSTAL COVE STATE PARK (3 MILES OF PRISTINE BEACH AND CALIFORNIA COASTAL BLUFFS). ALSO ACROSS STREET FROM PELICAN HILLS GOLF. GREAT RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY.

The resort is located on the beautiful Southern California coast just of Pacific Coast Highway 1, and close to many attractive destinations - Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Disneyland, etc. Within the resort there are numerous swimming pools, health club, sauna, tennis courts, etc. Close by are numerous restaurants and shopping malls. The location and the Southern California vibe is present in great abundance here. Definitely one of our favorite places to vacation in !

Marriott's Newport Coast Vacation Club is an excellent Southern CA vacation resort not only because of the beautiful resort itself and its fabulous local beaches (Laguna, Newport & Huntington Beaches) but it is also close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain & Sea World. Plus, it is amid the Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego metropolitan areas and less than a two hours' drive from the mountain resorts and Palm Springs/Palm Desert. My last stay was for two weeks to take it all in.

California coast at its best. Close to Newport Beach and Disneyland. Unlimited opportunities for fun.

Excellent resort overlooking the gorgeous Newport Coast ocean. Beautiful, well maintained grounds with multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, outdoor bar, live music fire pit, putting green, basketball court and kids activities. Units are beautifully newly remodeled and spacious with a full kitchen and plenty of room for 8 people. We love staying here and always have a relaxing and fun time.
