Newport Coast Villas is absolutely amazing. Great location. Fantastic staff. Superb service.

There is never a bad time to use this resort. However, Spring time .... in our opinion .... is the best!

We love it there!

We are huge fans of Marriott Vacation Club properties, but this one is our favorite! The pools and grounds are incredible! The rooms are spacious, two bedroom units with a well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathrooms! The beds are super comfy and the bedding cozy! Close to everything fun! Can't say enough about this great resort!!

I have traveled around the world and the Marriott Newport Coast are one of the best for comfort, location and accommodations. Located 20 minutes south of the JW airport and located a mile from the beach. All of our stays have had a beautiful ocean view.

Fabulous resort. Location is incredible. You must cross PCH and enjoy a meal at Beachcomber, right on the sand. Our favorite!

This is all about location, location, location. Coupled with Marriott's amenities and comfort, it's probably the best property in their network. Always in high demand, especially during the summer months!

Excellent, clean, well located resort. Close to beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, golfing. Staff is very attentive, kind and will go out of their way to help. Activities for many ages Our family has had so many great trips to this location. It’s looked forward to each year.

This is a fantastic resort, with a great spa, gyms, and amenties. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Santa Catalina Island, and short walk/drive to one of the greatest beachside restaurants! Enjoy!

This is my favorite Marriott resort! Overlooking the Pacific, the property is sensational. Every view is great, the staff is beyond exceptional and the area has everything you could possibly want to do. The best restaurants and don’t forget about great wine. Disney, Universal, San Diego a short drive away.

We have been coming here for 20+ years. They recently updated the rooms and it is a spectacular experience!
