Great Spot for Valentines to President's Day holiday

The views from the resort are amazing! Villas are roomy, well furnished and very clean. There are 3 pools - two of which have amazing ocean views. Shuttle to the beach (or a nice walk down). Best place in Newport Coast to stay!

One of the best resorts in all of Southern California. Marriott quality all around, with fun beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Kids and parents love it.

In my opinion, this is the best resort in the Marriott Vacation Club portfolio. Awesome location by the beach, beautiful resort and scenery, lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.. Newport Coast Villas has it all!

Breathtaking views of the Pacific ocean and Catalina Island, extremely clean rooms, full service kitchen with barbecue units outdoors beautiful pool with grill and drink service, shuttle bus taking you to the beach, we love it here!

This is one of our favorite resorts. It has great access to the beach as well as wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. The grounds are well taken care of and the service is phenomenal! We have stayed here many times. It’s close to the Disney parks as well. It’s a great place to stay and relax and still have an opportunity to take the kids for a fun time.

Prime location with easy accessibility to Southern California attractions. Gorgeous accommodations and grounds. Lots to see and do!
