Marriott's Newport Coast Villas Reviews & Ratings

Have stay at this resort at least half a dozen times. Great place to slow down and rejuvenate. Well run establishment.

One of our favorite resorts! Lot's of activities to do and we never get tired of going to Newport Coast.

The villas sit between the beach towns of Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Newport coast is the location of the homes of people with resources to live anywhere in the world...the late Kobe Bryant's home is there.

The property isn't touching the beach but has shuttle access to the sand. The resort itself is magnificent. The pools and public spaces are luxurious. I feel like they really thought of everything...you will LOVE your stay here.

This is the perfect ocean view location to sit back and relax by the pool or take the free shuttle to the beach for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the villas are spacious and luxurious with everything you need for the perfect vacation. We have been going for over 15 years and love it every single year. The beauty of Newport never gets old.

We have stayed many times at NCV, and love the wonderful views from all parts of the property, the fabulous staff, gorgeous pools, shuttle to Crystal Cove, and the many beautiful places to visit nearby. Whale watching is excellent and one of our favorites is Captain Dave's out of Dana Point, where we were able to go in a pod below water level to watch the hundreds of dolphins swimming along side of the ship. We plan to return as often as we can!

Best place for a family vacation. Easter weekend!!

All the convenience of home, yet the luxury of a resort!

It's hard to beat a timeshare overlooking Crystal Cove State Beach in Newport CA. It's the perfect spot to visit to all of Southern California.

Fantastic resort on the famous Newport Beach, surrounded by the Pelican Hill golf course, minutes from Laguna, Crystal cove state park, and Corona Del Mar. With breathtaking views, perfect sunsets, 3 pools, 2 gyms, large fire pit, shared BBQ grills, tennis courts, it is the perfect setting for a summer family vacation.

Best place on the coast. Superlative service. Within easy driving distance are resort golf courses, deep sea fishing, Disney Land, etc.

We have been going to the Marriott Newport Coast for the past 15 years. The views are breathtaking, the service outstanding, great Restaurants close by and a 30 minute drive to Disneyland.

Breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean. Rooms are all up to date and the amenities on the property are first class. Close vicinity to Laguna Beach, New Port Beach, Dana Point and Huntington Beach

Vacation July 4th week at the Marriott Newport Costal Villas. Beautiful ,spacious and modern villas with all the amenities of home! Situated on bluffs overlooking the Pacific ocean and adjacent to the the California Beach cities. From Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Beach to Huntington Beach. Beautiful resort grounds and pools with nearby top rated golf courses. And for the kids....Disneyland is is very close as well.

best location ever! So family friendly, the kids always love it!!

We have had fabulous trips to this resort. Everything is top of the line and their service is excellent. You have an incredible area, amenities, top of the world resorts and beaches to explore. There are fewer places more beautiful in the world.
