Great location, minutes from the beach and park! Enjoy breakfast at the Beachcomber restaurant, book early to get an oceanfront table.

I have owned two units in this resort for many years. I use them mostly for myself and family and never tire visiting here!

Stayed here many many times when living in the UK for 2 weeks at a time. Now living in the US and nearby this resort and we still stay there. It's just awesome. So much room, great amenities, perfect location for families with or without children. Probably the best vacation club ever

We have always enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, the bedding is so comfortable. We love the full amenities in the kitchen .The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The surrounding sights are wonderful!! Crystal Cove for breakfast is a must, Laguna Beach for dinner, Balboa Island for fun!! We come home from our vacation relaxed and refreshed.

My husband and I have stayed at this location many times in the past and we are just not able to at this time. We are fully vested in carring for our elderly and in turn can't see ourselves away from them to enjoy this beautiful resort. But we know that the service is top knotch here and there is so much to see and do in the area. Best area to vacation when you are visiting Southern California. You definately can't beat the weather!

Wonderful place to visit, central to all of orange county coast. People are very friendly, rooms clean, pools clean, etc. We had a great time staying here last year! Highly recommended!

Fabulous ocean views! We love the new pool with kids water park and the couches with the fire pit tables. We enjoy the fresh air by walking to Crystal Cove beach and stopping at The Beachcomber for a refreshing cocktail.

This Marriott resort is located in a great location along one of California's most famous beaches.

The ocean view from the resort is beautiful. There are several pools/hot tubs to choose, a great fitness center and an on site dining and bar which overlook the ocean. I remember sitting at the bar looking out to the ocean and how amazing the ocean view was.

What we like about this resort is that it is near the the town of Newport and several other fun coastal towns but located in a more secluded area. Across the highway there is a long quiet stretch of beach. It is a great beach to take a leisurely walk on or just lay your towel out and enjoy the afternoon.

If you are looking to spend the 4th of July week in a great California beach location...this would be a perfect family vacation.

Outstanding Southern California location with all of the amenities needed within reach. With free parking and free shuttles to Crystal Cove Beach, Laguna Beach, and shopping leave the transportation to this outstanding resort.

We have stayed in this resort and really enjoyed the time and the location. It is close to all of the facilities surrounding the weekend. The staff and support personnel are first class and do an awesome job. It is also a great space for families and family groups.
