great time week 42..fishing terrific.......got 130 lb marlin and 25lb dorado..service excellent..super resort party on sat night........

Just back from a week at Sol Mar. Very nice resort! 3 swimming pools, good food, and great service. We had a very nice 1 bedroom timeshare unit with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was VERY hot. So hot you could not go in it during the day. The beach was private, peaceful and beautiful. I would go back for sure.

We have stayed at this resort six times in the last 10 years. It is located on the Pacific side at Lands End. The resort is still family owned and the staff has been there for many years. This is a quiet family resort where the kids are safe to move around on their own. They have room service and pool side service along with a swim up bar. Rooms are immaculate and the maids turn down the beds at night. This is a beautiful setting for a relaxing vacation. It is also walking distance to the downtown area.

Great location walk to lovers beach or town. Friendly staff very helpful with fishing fleet. lovely grounds and pools. excellant for couples.

The resort is in an excellent location with a beautiful quiet beach. ( not swimable) The pools are very nice and the condo is older but comfortable.

restaurant is just OK, landscaping is pretty good, but resort itself is older. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff is attentive.
