Surfwatch has something for everyone! The rooms are large and offer everything you should need. There are several pools on property, including an indoor pool, but our favorite is the pool out on the beach along with the beach cabana bar. There are complimentary golf cart shuttles to take your family and your stuff out there! There is a small movie theater on site, snack shop, and outdoor grilles/fire pits. The concierge service can assist you with reservations or anything else you might need. The location is pretty central on Hilton Head Island, so you can easily drive to the north or south ends in about 10 minutes.

I have loved my Hilton Head timeshare at Surfwatch. It never seems crowded. There are 3 lovely pools and one right next to the ocean - and an indoor for inclement weather. The little ocean pool bar is great with live music. The grounds are kept up beautifully, and there is lots to do on site...for kids of all ages and adults. Shuffleboard, pingpong, fire pits, a marsh for bird watchers, indoor/outdoor pools, activities. Very relaxing. The three bedroom is great if you have family or friends that you enjoy vacationing with. The kitchen allows you to keep meal costs down, if that is your preference. I highly recommend this vacation spot. South Carolina is a very accommodating State. If you like to sight see, there is so much history within reach. Nearby....zipline through the woods, kayaking, jet skiing, etc. Little shops everywhere. Oh, and golf! It can't get any better - I've played the courses and they are challenging, but exquisite to look at. First Class!

On north end of the island - less crowded and wonderful open air restaurant and pool right at the beach. Best resort on Hilton Head.

Beautiful beaches! No other resorts close, so the beaches don't get too crowded. 2 outdoor pools (1 salt water on the beach), 1 indoor pool and a splash pad for the days you don't want to hit the beach. Lots of amenities and activities to keep you busy in the evenings. Bike rentals on site to use on the miles and miles of bike paths.

Marriott's SurfWatch is our favorite place to go every summer. The 4th of July weeks is especially fun. Extremely family friendly. Bring your 4th of July banners and bunting. Everyone decorates their balcony. Not too crowded, fireworks light up the beach and you don't need to go anywhere. You are in the middle of all the festivities. I Love it!

We bought into this resort before it was even built because we love the location, the vastness of the beach, and the warmth of the residents of Hilton Head. We have used this condo for many years with our family and made life long memories. The condo is completely renovated every five years with beautiful fabrics and furniture. The grounds at Surf Watch are amazing and the resort offers a multitude of activities and amenities.

The best Marriott resort on Hilton Head Island. Lots of activities for kids. The pools and beaches are beautiful. the grounds are spectacular.

We own a few Marriott Vacation Club timeshares and actually live on Hilton Head. We bought these units to provide an Ocean getaway and safe place for our multiple grand kids to visit and enjoy. Surfwatch offers daily planned activities for children and adults. Compared to other timeshares, the Surfwatch is akin to staying at a 5-star hotel with the convenience of a condo, a full kitchen and privacy with separate bedrooms and baths. Living on the island allows us to know the BEST places to stay and this Mid-Island Retreat offers the best amenities at the #1 Rated Family Beach Resort in the USA without the crowds!

We have owned SurfWatch timeshares since coming there for the first time in 2006. Great for families. All our children and grandchildren look forward to being there every year. Beach is awesome, the beach bar and pool are great fun and its location around Mile Marker 7 makes it centrally located to the entire island.

Great Marriott resort. We had a reunion with 25 attending. Age ranged from 14 to 95 and there was something for everyone. We used a beach wheelchair to take my husband onto the beach. All of the employees were very helpful. A grandson left his wallet in the villa and Maura in Lost and Found was able to locate and mail it to CA. Everyone had a grand time and it ended too soon. Great place for reunions because of all of the activities. LOVED it!

Have been to Surfwatch as often as we can since purchasing our unit in the pre construction phase. We are in the Ocean Vista building and the location couldn't be better. The resort is great for families as well as couples who want to enjoy a bit of down time and relaxation ... then there is plenty of night life in HHI for all to enjoy. The staff has a great attention to detail and their dedication shines throughout the property. Go !!! You won't regret it !!

We have more fun here than a couple of foxes in a hen-house! Great staff and love the beautiful wildlife. The saltwater pool by the beach is probably my favorite part - especially with the extremely professional/fun DJ that runs the Name That Tune competition and pool games that just make you laugh.

We simply love this resort and indeed one of the Top Marriott Resorts in their time share system! Family friendly & very relaxing. All the luxuries & amenities to make your vacation most memorable. The oceanfront pool is unique and the beach feels very private to those guests staying at the Surf Watch resort. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since 1976 and this Surf Watch Resort location is among the "Gems" on Hilton Head Island!

We own three weeks and go at least two weeks each year. We usually go duringthe silver weeks (Feb and Mar/Nov Dec), but have been there in April and Sept. In our opinion Surfwatch is the best of the resorts we have visited, and clearly the best on Hilton Head. We had guests from Italy with us last year in Sept and they loved the resort, particularly the beach.

This is an awesome resort. The staff is some of the best I have seen at any resort. Some units are right on the beach, but really any unit is fine as it is an easy walk or free golf cart ride to the beach. The pools were very nice as well. Some of the planned activities have low participation may be the only negative, but there is plenty to do always.

Just returned from another great week at this resort. Improved again over 2008. Better food at pool bar and more activities for kids and adults. Well maintained but could use better lighting in units.
