Always a fun time - great food, friendly staff and so much to do even just at the resort. Rooms are large and well appointed.

Beautiful resort with plenty of helpful friendly staff to well maintain the resort. Been an owner for over 15 years since our 3 kids were young. Now we are starting to bring our adult kids and their spouses. Great place for making lots of memories. Plenty of activities for all, especially for kids all day long. Very safe, lots of staff, security guys and cameras. Yes, we let our kids run around the resort all the time! Staff get to know them and have fun with them. Can be as relaxing as you want or as fun as you want. Has own dive service, but you can snorkel right from the beach.Very close to Playa del Carmen for shopping and trying out restaurants, although the resort has great restaurants.

The Royal Haciendas is the most relaxing vacation you will ever have. The facility is a beautiful ocean side oasis with lush vegetation, attentive staff and absolutely the cleanest resort we have ever seen! The activity staff provides daily events that are great for relaxing out of the sun and meeting new friends. Children have their own "kids camp" so parents can know that the children are having a great time and learning new skills as well. Several restaurants offer great dining but the kitchen is so well-equiped that cooking in the villa is a dream as well. The unit is centrally located with easy access to the market, the pools and the owner's lounge which is a great place to meet other members during your vacation.

A week at Royal Haciendas in our ground floor -beach front Villa, with walk out from our patio to the beach, gave us the opportunity to create memories of a lifetime. The Food was delicious, Service outstanding and Friendliness of the staff was amazing. Highly Recommend.

Playa is a vibrant resort city south of Cancun along the western Carribean. The weather in January is delightful. The Royal Haciendas is a safe, clean and fun place with activities for all ages. You may purchase an all-inclusive package from the resort or eat at their multiple restaurants and enjoy superb and varied dinning in Playa. Strolloing along 5th Avenue to shop, eat and people watch is unique and great fun!

We have been lucky to own at the Royal Haciendas since it opened roughly 25 years ago. We so enjoy our relaxing stays there. You can do nothing, or golf/shop/play tennis/snorkel/ride bikes - all up to you.

With several pools, or the day on the ocean, pool bars, restaurants variety, private jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, and living spaces, this is an exceptional Christmas week memory for any family. For many years now, we have found all the staff warm and friendly hosts, and always feel safe on the resort. Using the All Inclusive program, makes less fuss over receipts or over indulgence's.

Beautiful location. Staff are amazing especially at the swim up bars. Love the new restaurants. Easy beach access and plenty of lounge chairs. Shuttle into town. A truly relaxing time away.

My family has been coming to the Royal Haciendas since it opened. It is a great vacation, outstanding beach, activities for everyone, friendly, attentive staff, and falling asleep listening to the ocean lapping the sand.

An amazing full service resort that is great for families, honeymooners and folks who just need a week in paradise. Our unit is in a wonderful location -close to pool, beach and all the fabulous restaurants. The view has it all - beach, ocean and resort. Decor is gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Love the staff, the food and the peaceful ambience.

We've been going to this resort almost annually since 2007. It's a great location, only 45 min from the Cancun airport and a 15 min cab ride into Playa del Carmen. The staff are very friendly, and we have always have courteous service. It's kept very clean and housekeeping is offered for your villa daily except on Sundays and holidays. The pools and spa are well kept. There are amenities galore. There is a nice selection of on-site restaurants. The shrimp tacos at the beach bar is our favorite comfort food dish, and the seafood at Los Murales is our favorite resort meal. The concierge has always been helpful whether we've wanted to rent a car, go sightseeing or eat at a local restaurant. Highly recommended for a fun, family vacation!

This has been our home away from home for the last 15 years. We love the laid-back atmosphere as well as the friendliness of the staff. Many of whom we have known since we started going there. They know us by name and anticipate our arrival. Wonderful adult and kid's activities.

The best place to stay for a holiday week near Cancun and nearest to Playa Del Carmen and other interesting spots of culture and Sports. Great restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services nearby. Enjoy the full master suite with hotel services. Great staff Spa, gym and sports activities. Together with a great weather and incredible views.
