Spacious family resort with many activities for all ages. Surrounding area has many historical sites, water activities, tours, shopping and restaurants.

This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location!! The resort offers all activities and the grounds are impeccable. The villas have wonderful amenities and is very comfortable. You will not be disappointed!!

Best beach ever!

Spend your days snorkeling on the resort's private reef, or swimming in the calm ocean. The fine sand and gentle waves make for the most relaxing of days.

Stay at the same palapa and your waiter will make sure your Pina Colada shows up at happy hour! Pure bliss.

Safe, secure, private, we love 'the quiet side'. Only been going there for 20 years so far...

This resort is in a great location, close to all amenities. The white sand beach is clean and well secured; the ocean is clear and warm. The unit is located on the corner, allowing a beautiful view of the resort and ocean. The grounds are well designed and beautifully landscaped. The swimming pools are well maintained and designed. This resort is definitely a place of relaxation. The staff go overboard to make every need attended to.

Fantastic location on the resort and it is on the ground floor. No need to climb stairs while on vacation :) If you have never been to this resort you should know that it is great for families, extremely safe, the water is reverse osmosis from the tap and the place is kept up meticulously. Fly to Cancun, order a private Thomas Moore transportation and buy the all-inclusive meal plan. There is a professional quality golf course on-site as well.

Our family absolutely loves this resort. We have been visiting most years since it opened. The staff are wonderful, and always so good with our kids. We love the beach, pools, and rooms. During the pandemic, we didn't leave the resort for the entire week and were never bored. During better times, we like being close to Xcaret and other adventure parks. The foods is wonderful, especially the new Asian fusion restaurant. It is our "happy" place.

Best Villa location in the complex. Staff is highly attentive, fun and can't do enough for the guests.

Restaurants on the property are excellent. Hibachi steak night at the pool is always great and fun.

Been coming to the Royal Haciendas since it opened. It is the best for friendly service, very family oriented and very safe! You can snorkel, kayak, play volleyball, swim, many activities at no additional charge. This place is the best of Playa Del Carmen!

Amazing and beautiful! Have been coming for over 20 years to the Royals properties! Always excellent service and so well kept. The location is perfect on the beach! Can't say enough about this property! You will not be disappointed!

Suites are just awesome and the beach area is very nice - calm almost all the time.

Beach front restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable for the food and the service provided.
