Beautiful resort! Great location with shops & restaurants located right across the street and a food store within walking distance if you want to stock up your own kitchen. Pools are fun for adults & kids alike, including a water slide and swim up bar. There are even ruins you can visit on property. Everything was also surprisingly affordable compared to other resorts we have visited. Highly recommend for a family vacation or a couples/friends getaway.

This property is our favorite and we’ve been going there for 10 years. What we love most is its location close to amazing shopping, restaurants and even a dental clinic and it’s all walkable. We love the staff and we love that the pickleball is organized weekdays and courts are reservable for any other times. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The grocery store is a beach walk away. The beach is just steps from this property and it is epic with swimming pool colored water and indigo colored water at the horizon. The beach sand stays cool because it’s made of coral. The pools are huge and the pool bar is always a favorite spot especially at happy hour. There are activities every day like water aerobics, beach volleyball, as well as cooking classes, Spanish lessons and cooking demonstrations. Evening events are spectacular with Mayan dancers and special Mayan dinners. First rate restaurants are just a short walk away. So your choices are endless. There is even an authentic Mayan Ruin right next door for you to explore.

Great property with a fabulous ocean view and an infinity pool. Convenient walk to several restaurants. A great place to enjoy the Caribbean beach.

We have stayed here the last 15 years. It is a wonderful place to bring your family. Location is awesome. Right across the street from resturants and shopping. Staff is top notch.

Amazing resort. The pools are gorgeous with swim up bars and daily happy hour and it’s easy to get lounge chairs. The beach is stunning and there are free lounge chairs available on the beach as well. Directly across the street is a mall with many shops and choices for eating out.

I love the Westin Lagunamar for the view, the facilities, and especially the pools! It is in the perfect location in the Cancun Hotel Zone. Situated on the beach, and across the street from La Isla for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Groceries are available in the Westin Market, a quarter mile away, and other more distant or delivery options are available. The local bus stops at the Westin entrance. ADO express bus to the airport stops at La Isla.

We have been going here for over 10 years, absolutely love the property, the location and most importantly our friends- the staff! Eat on the resort, cook in your own kitchenette, or the numerous grilling stations or walk out side to a plethora of fine restaurants. We are returning for 2 weeks in December

This is our happy place. So glad we found this beautiful location surrounded by great restaurants and lots to do. The staff always makes us feel so welcomed. And if you’re a golfer we highly recommend using a concierge to book a tee time at some of the great courses.

The Westin Lagunamar is a beautiful resort, on a great beach, with excellent services and staff, and a shopping mall and restaurants right across the street! We've vacationed there six times and can't wait to go back.

Outstanding property with historic archeologic ruins, massive infinite pools, spa, tennis courts, putt putt golf, basketball courts, beach volleyball, sports bars playing NFL games NCAAF bowl games. The room has a full kitchen and grills are scattered throughout the property. If you prefer to eat out, then there are multiple on-site restaurants with price points sure to meet your budget. If you want to venture out for dinner, then La Isla is a 5 minute walk away, which has many restaurants to satisfy your hunger. On top of that, La Isla has plenty of shopping options to keep one occupied while away from the pool.
