The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North Reviews & Ratings

We love the is resort and have been going for years. WE especially love the pool for kids, the amazing coi, and the beach for walking/swimming and the access to restaurants at the many hotels. We rarely leave the resort because it is so comfortable.

We have been coming to this resort on Maui almost every year. It is located on an excellent section of beach with wonderful snorkeling. It is one of the flagship properties in the Westin portfolio --rightfully so. Note: This local area was not hit by the 2023 Maui fires.

This is a wonderful resort to stay at with family. There are multiple pools, slides and kiddie pools along with hot tubs to use. It is located just steps from the ocean with awesome snorkeling. Great location! Can walk to many restaurants on the boardwalk. Several recreational activities are also offered within walking distance such outrigger canoes.

The Westin Ka'anapali has awesome amenities, from the various pools, restaurants, activities, and free shuttle service to the spectacular views, entertainment and spa! We loved every second of our vacation and can't wait to return! The units are spacious and well stocked. We took advantage of the many barbecues which were always sparkling clean! We absolute enjoyed the live music by the fire - fabulous!

Westin has several properties in Kaanapali, Maui and we have stayed at all of them with never a disappointing experience. Clean, modern units, wonderful pools, great restaurants within walking distance, Safeway four miles away, and spotless grills for grilling out on casual nights. Whale watching is our favorite past time and you can sit at the pool and watch them breach.

All in all, a wonderful experience.

By far best vacation we have ever had. Staff is amazing, resort is clean, and you can’t beat the beach right off the resort. You’ll want come back again and again! Room is great for a couple, or use the pull out bed and make it a family trip.

I absolutely love this resort. It's beautiful and the people are so friendly. It's very relaxing. One of my favorite things about this resort is that I can walk down to the beach and snorkel with sea turtles every day. It is now one of my favorite places.

Love the Westin! It's one of the most well maintained resorts on Maui! Beautiful beach and pools. The room and kitchen were spotless. I especially love having the washer and dryer right in the villa.

Out of the 3 Westins in Kaanapali, this one has the best beach! Soft, white sand. Always see sea turtles and lots of fish so bring along some snorkel gear!

There is a nice outdoor place to eat also.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well serviced.

It is a pleasure to vacation at this place.

What is not to love with great snorkeling just a few steps away from your home away from home! Or waking up to the beautiful beaches and taking an early morning run alongside the waves. Maui is a magical place.
