The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North Reviews & Ratings

If you want a labyrinth of a resort, with guaranteed late room assignment (over 90 minutes), hours long wait for bags, an extremely dirty room (including ants EVERY day), and an extremely unprofessional (bordering abusive) management team, this is your resort! I would never recommend to anyone to stay here, didn't take a sales presentation.

Of the dozens of people we spoke to over the days down at the pool, every person had the same complaints and long time owners said the property there isn't worth it and they just keep for the points.

Westin is beautiful, customer service is excellent, food at hotel and surrounding area is amazing. Relax by the pool with a short walk to the ocean. It really is paradise.

We love the Westin Kaanapali Oceanfront resorts. Absolute waterfront bliss on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, and one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Stunning white-sand beaches and vivid snorkeling through the coral protecting the beach. Only a 10-minute tram ride away from the hustle of the Kaanapali boardwalk, the quaint Whalers Village outdoor mall, and the historic township of Lahaina. The luxe Westin aesthetic, the heavenly beds, and the spacious layout with two kitchens and bathrooms always make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. The ultimate holiday destination for our family every time.

Great location with gorgeous beach and ocean views. Plenty of room to relax and feel at home in the villas. Very clean and quiet. Staff is always welcoming and gracious. Superb bar & restaurant close to pool and beach.

This is a great vacation spot for the whole family. Lots of activities for everyone. Great eating spots. The resort is right on the oceans where you can swim and snorkel to see turtles and lots of fish.

The perfect family getaway with several restaurants close by. The beach is beautiful with crystal blue water. Staff is always kind and courteous.

We have been going to Maui for decades. We have never been disappointed with the Westin properties. In our opinion this is the best location on the island. The best snorkeling we have found is right out our door. Literally right across the beach. Walk into the water and snorkel. We have seen sea turtles and all kinds of fish and marine life. Then lay out on the perfect beach or rinse off in outside showers and/or jump in the pool or jacuzzi’s.

This is an incredible paradise property for couples or families with kids. We have traveled all over the world, and this property is right at the top of the list for great properties and locations.

Amazing place for recuperation from the stresses of life and to just lie back and relax. Never any regrets when staying at this resort!!
