The resort has an air of luxury about it but is family friendly. The pools are great and when we were there the shuttle service took us right to Crystal Cove as well as Laguna Beach. The condo itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Then there was the view of the Pacific! All in all, it made both the adults and kids happy.

great location and enjoyed it for over 20 years when children were younger. We no longer have the need for a local get away.

The best of all Marriott resorts! This is the best place to vacation in Southern California, most specially for families. This great resort is located in the beautiful city of Newport Beach which is my favorite city in Orange County. Disneyland is close by along with fine shopping and dining, and of course great beaches.

We always loved to spend our vacation at the Newport Coast Villas. We normally spend there 2 weeks because it is the best place ofn earth to spent the holidays.

Newport Coast Villas is not only a family friendly and beautiful resort, the location is great for access to Newport Beach, Disneyland and Laguna Beach. Also, the staff and reservations responsiveness routinely exceeds my expectations.

This property is located in the perfect location for theme parks and beaches. Crystal Cove State Beach is walking distance, but shuttle service operates all day from the resort. This is the perfect place for a family vacation with lots of activities for all ages.

My family and I love this resort. The location and the resort itself are stunning. The views are drop dead gorgeous! It’s an amazing place to go with a partner or the entire family!

Great rooms in a great location near the beach. Full kitchen, dining room, deck with a great view and two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great vacation....like a home away from home!

One of Our Most Favorite Marriott's Vacation Cluc Resorts! We have been using this resort as a family since the first year after it was opened about twenty years ago. And we will never stop coming!

Best place in Southern California to spend a vacation or even a Stay-cation only a few hours away! Beautiful Oceanviews and great Restaurants just an Uber away. Better yet InstaCart is available anytime, or on the day you arrive! Much better choice to do Red Week than to go through other rental places! Plus, high standards of Cleanliness, Friendliness, and new friendships for the kids! We are members for life, its just health issues for now.

A perfect spot along the Southern California Coast. Right in the heart of great amenities, close to Orange County airport, South Coast Plaza, just north of Laguna Beach and south of Newport Beach. Minutes to Disneyland and all the sports venues in Orange County. Pelican Hill golf resort is walking distance. Crystal Cove is across PCH with the charming back in time 1940s beach bungalows preserved to reflect a simpler time. Perfect for a relaxing beach walk any time of day.

WE HAVE PERSONALLY STAYED AT THIS RESORT 4 TIMES. WE LOVE TO COME HERE FROM FLORIDA AND VISIT.

Fantastic resort and vacation! Close to everything that we could want: Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Disney, Sea World, Knots Berry Farm, shopping and so much more! We keep coming back and can't wait to return.

This resort is beautiful and conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles. The views are terrific and there is a tunnel under the road to get to the beach. Just lovely!

Gorgeous location between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Walking distance to Crystal Cove State Park. Lovely units all are 2/bed/2bath Villas. Some have ocean views. In a beautiful area. Very spacious and beautifully decorated units.

An excellent vacation location. Plenty local restaurants, shopping centers, and tour activities. In addition Marriott Newport Villas is close to several freeways for north, south and east travel routes.

We have stayed in our beautiful Newport Coast timeshare for years. The amenities, friendliness of staff, ocean view, and comfort of the timeshare are outstanding. We are disappointed we cannot utilize our unit next year.

Great ocean view location in southern CA. Family oriented with swimming pools and short walk to ocean. Surrounding area offers restaurants, upscale shopping and golf.

One of my favorite resorts. The resort is beautiful with so many things to do. It also has a great location right by Crystal Cove State Beach! The villas are very spacious and nicely appointed and the beds are so comfortable. I love sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view!
